The EB-5 visa for Indians is a U.S. immigration option that allows eligible investors to get permanent residency by investing in a qualified U.S. business that creates jobs. Your investing amount needs to be $1.05 million. Job Creation investment must create or preserve at least 10 permanent, full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers. With the help of this visa, the investor, their partner and unmarried children under 21 can also get green cards. The whole process is handled by USCIS through the Immigrant Investor Program.
